Talk recruiting to everyone, but don't try to recruit everyone. There is a difference. Try to look for a person who is outgoing, ambitious, fun-loving, and who has a sense of creativity. People who are like this are easier to Recruit into a Direct Sales organization and they are more likely to be successful. These are the people that have fun working with Eclipse Candle Company.

My parties so far
Hi gang,
In spite of having the incredibly fun job of designing our Eclipse Candle Company fragrances and helping to design our clean and simple packaging, I felt the need to host some parties myself. I was missing out on the Glow Team fun, plus I have a passion for getting our candles into peoples' hands so we can become their must-have scented candles! I've had a couple parties so far, and I'm learning so much by having this hands-on experience! I'll share some tips and experiences via this blog.
Ken, Missy and I would love to hear feedback from all of our Glow Team through this blog as well. As a brand new company, we really need it to better support you and to help us make our customers exceptionally happy!
Here are a few things I want to be sure you know about Eclipse Candle Company...
- We love scented candles! This company was born from a passion for candles which actually live up to our high standards and it's always our goal to exceed our customers' expectations!
- There is a lot of misinformation in the candle industry and many folks believe soy candles to be best. Soy is good and has it's merits. We pay considerably more for our vegetable/food-grade paraffin blend wax because it out-performs every soy wax we've tested. It burns clean and gives our premium fragrance oils the most throw!
- Speaking of "throw" (candle talk for how much fragrance a candle yields) it's a huge pet peeve for us to buy a scented candle and hardly smell it. Our candles are designed to have a fantastic throw, both hot and cold!
