The company has scheduled their first Glow Team (consultant) Convention during April in Austin, TX. Eclipse Candle Company has announced that they will be transitioning to a new commission payout plan. The new plan will allow the Glow Team Members (consultants) to receive their 30% commission at the point of sale. This is an exciting move for Eclipse Candle Company and their Glow Team. This change allow Eclipse Candle Company to keep the commission in the hands of their consultants who have earned it. Eclipse Candle Company is in business to enhance the lives of their consultants and to better their communities. March 1, 2012 Eclipse Candle Company launched a new commission payout plan
Starting March 1, 2012 Eclipse Candle Company launched a new commission payout plan that will allow their consultants (Glow Team Members) to receive their 30% commission on retail sales at the time an order has been placed by the Glow Team Member. This type of commission payout has been implemented to allow their Glow Team to sell now and get paid now. Many companies within the direct sales/party plan industry require that their consultants wait an entire month to receive their commission on all retail sales.
"In today's economy many families do not have the luxury to wait an entire month for their paycheck (commission). This new commission payout will allow our team to receive their commission on their retail sales immediately. This is a plan that we have been working towards and we are very excited to be able to launch the program this month." Eclipse Candle Company President, Ken Knibbs.
